| 1 - I'm having problems with the programs I've downloaded; it won't install properly and I get an error message. How can I get it to work? |
| This problem can usually be solved by downloading the product installer again using a different browser (i.e.:Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.). |
| 2 - Can your shell enhancing solutions slow down my system? |
In short, yes, shell enhancing solutions can slow down certain operations on Windows OS. This happens because the some of these programs installs a wide hooks for inspecting system messages.
Typically you will not notice much if any slowdown.
We are constantly working on improving our products, so we recommend you to keep an eye on our site or subscribe to our mailing list to always run the latest versions of our products.

| 3 - One of your products is causing my application(s) to crash! Help! |
We certainly try hard to maintain compatibility with as many other products as possible. But if there is a problem the best thing you can do to help us diagnose it is detail the circumstances of the crash and send this information to support@edgebeyond.com.
We'll try to resolve it as quickly as possible. |
| 4 - The e-mail address I used when I purchased your programs is now obsolete. Can you change your records to reflect my new e-mail address? |
Sure, send as an e-mail with your old address (clearly noted) and your new address. We'll make the change and send you updated registration information also.
If you can't remember your old address please include any and all information that will help us locate your record (name, purchase date, order ID, etc).

| 6 - The registration codes sent to me are not being accepted when I try to register the product. What is the problem? |
We know your checked already, but please make sure you are typing in the information exactly as it was sent to you one more time :)
The password is the email address you used to register with and the code is one or more words. If you are sure you are entering it correctly and the info below does not help, please send us a screenshot of the dialog box that asks for your registration information after you have filled it out.

| 7 - How can I get upgrade? |
| Nothing hard. Just download new version of product you need and run install. Then follow the instructions on the install wizard. |
